PRODUCT OVERVIEW

CAV axial-flow.

The CAV axial-flow family contains 13 catalogue models. Each row identifies a rotor hub diameter and its own flow and power bands, allowing an initial comparison within this series.

Share the gas data, required duty cases and package specification with CHENDA INDUSTRIAL. We organize the requirements and coordinate manufacturer clarification and a project-specific quotation.

The model table is transcribed from the manufacturer's compressor catalogue, PDF physical page 8. It is catalogue reference data, not a project performance guarantee.

This series table does not specify pressure limits, gas compatibility, materials or a complete package supply scope.

The illustration represents the manufacturer's series presentation; the configuration for an offered unit is defined by the project quotation.

Full source reading notes

Flow and power ranges are model-specific. The complete table covers multiple models, not one universal operating range.

The flow unit is ×10³ Nm³/h.

Series scope.

  • CAV is the axial-flow family in the manufacturer's compressor series catalogue.
  • Rotor hub diameter is listed in millimetres for every model.
  • Flow is published in ×10³ Nm³/h, with a separate flow band for each model.
  • Power is published in MW, with a separate power band for each model.

START YOUR ENQUIRY

Bring the key information together.

Send the details you already have. CHENDA will coordinate open technical questions with the manufacturer.

  • Gas composition, contaminants and any applicable process specification.
  • Required flow for normal, minimum and maximum duty cases, with units and reference conditions.
  • Inlet and required outlet pressures, stating gauge or absolute pressure.
  • Inlet temperature and other defined operating cases.
  • Driver preference, available utilities and control or interface requirements.
  • Project specification, package supply boundary, site location and required delivery schedule.
How we coordinate

Questions about this series.

Can I use the table for an initial model comparison?

Yes. Compare the hub diameter, flow band and power band within each model row. Values from different models should not be combined into one operating envelope.

How should I read the flow unit?

The table uses ×10³ Nm³/h. Keep this multiplier when comparing duty data, and state the temperature and pressure basis used for your project's normalized flow.

Are flow and power alone enough to select a compressor?

They support initial screening. Selection also requires the actual gas composition, inlet conditions, required outlet pressure and duty cases for manufacturer assessment.
