ZHEJIANG QISHENG · FLOW-PATH PARTS, REVERSE ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE
Rotors, disks & turbine blades
Rotors, disks and turbine blades from Qisheng's industrial steam turbine component range, with replacement enquiries defined by equipment identification, drawings and manufacturer review.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Rotating components.
Qisheng's brochure lists rotors among its precision steam flow path components. Its illustrated parts pages also show a disk and a bucket, the brochure's term for a turbine blade.
Define the required part using the existing turbine's identification and the available part drawings. The manufacturer must review the replacement scope, interfaces and acceptance requirements for that unit.
Flow-path components, reverse engineering and maintenance within the brochure scope are arranged by Zhejiang Qisheng Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. CHENDA INDUSTRIAL handles enquiries, quotation coordination and contracts.
COMPONENT IDENTIFICATION
Define the part for your unit.
The brochure identifies component types. Dimensions, materials, tolerances and compatibility are reviewed against your drawing and equipment reference.
- Steam turbine rotors
- Turbine disks
- Turbine buckets / blades
- Component reverse engineering described in Qisheng's brochure

The brochure examples do not establish interchangeability across turbine manufacturers or models.
Materials, dimensions, operating limits and acceptance criteria are defined for the individual enquiry; no standard values are supplied here.
The rotor photograph is a manufacturer brochure example, not evidence of a particular customer's delivery.

Questions about this series.
What does 'bucket' mean in the brochure?
It is the label used for the illustrated turbine blade on physical page 7. Include both the blade identification and its stage or position in an enquiry.
Can a photograph confirm the correct replacement?
A photograph helps identify the part. It does not establish dimensions, interfaces or suitability; provide unit references and drawings for manufacturer review.
Can a part be reviewed when the original drawing is unavailable?
The brochure describes component reverse engineering. State which samples, measurements and records are available so the manufacturer can assess a suitable review basis.
